One of the groups that donates a lot of quilts met recently, so I thought I’d share a few of the quilts. I like to recognize their work, and we ALL like to look at quilts, so it’s a win-win! You can click on any picture for a closer look.
And here is the fanciest one of all, made by a group member to donate for her class reunion (not saying how many years!).
Some of these are small quilts; some are twin size. It depends on what is wanted at the places where we donate. Hope you enjoyed the quilt show; we enjoyed making the quilts!

Thanks for the quilt show! The purple-and-gold looks like a Bonnie Hunter pattern.
It may be Bonnie Hunter; some group members have been known to make her quilts and donate them. Not my style, but she does some beautiful designs. Thanks for commenting!
I especially like Donation #1, MP1 (of course!) 😉 The Orange One (Star), and as for that purple and gold one? Those were my HS colors, too – but not my reunion! HA!
BTW- sent you an email
The purple and gold was a “challenge” even for the woman who made it, and she likes “fiddly” things. I admire it but have NO desire to make one!
I can see the enjoyment in the quilts and I am sure they will bring comfort to the recipients. Bravo to the group
Thanks.
Good people using their talents and fabric to bring a smile to those who could use a smile 🙂
Thanks. I am amazed by the number and complexity of the quilts my friends make!
