Yes, “Repair” is the name of this pattern, by Eudaimonia Studio. I especially enjoyed that instructions are given for both “precise” and [deliberately] “imperfect” styles! In case you can’t guess, I certainly chose the imperfect directions, which encourage cutting off of points every chance you get–ha! Then I arranged the blocks semi-randomly rather than in one of the multiple suggested layouts, and here we are.
Here’s the back with the hope that you can see the wonderful panto quilting done by Linda Nichols. The design is called “Mid-Century Squared” and I think it’s perfect for the quilt.

This was an enjoyable project and I recommend the pattern–it was easy and fun.

You are so creative! Love the off-centering approach!
Thank you!
Love it! The colors, random shapes, and the quilting. If I was the designer, I’d think about renaming it. The first thing I thought when I saw your blog post title was, “Oh, Mary is fixing a hole in blue jeans with hand stitching.” See how I jump to wrong conclusions?! Truly though, it’s a pretty quilt!
I don’t quite get the name of the quilt either. However, if you look at her website and patterns, she has a lot of esoteric ideas. Just look at the name of her business: “Eudaimonia”. I had to look it up. Her patterns, though, are fabulous!
Oh, such a great design — lively colors. And the backing is perfect!
Thank you. It was fun!
That’s lovely and I wouldn’t have noticed the points until you pointed them out. They just seem to fit.
I appreciated the pattern suggestion to make “imperfect” points!
Another great finish – your choice of background fabric and backing fabric makes it complete! I do like the polka dots on front and the circles with wisps on the back.
Thanks! I enjoyed this quilt so much I may make another one.
This one really catches my eye. It is such a striking design.
Is this really your fifth finish this year? You are definitely living up to the title of Zippy!
The secret is this: A quilt is “finished” when I get the binding on, and those have piled up. So, I haven’t made 5 quilts start-to-finish this year, just put the binding on some of them!

Wonderful quilt and quite the pattern name! The backing fabric is perfect for the quilt!
Thank you! Unlike some of my friends, I do not buy backing fabric for each quilt individually, so it’s nice when it works out.
